摘要 长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)是一类无蛋白质编码功能的RNA分子,参与多种生物学过程的调控,在生命活动中扮演着重要角色,在表观遗传学水平、转录水平和转录后水平调控基因表达。同源盒基因转录反义RNA(HOTAIR)是第一个被发现的反义转录长链非编码RNA,因其在多种恶性实体肿瘤中高表达,且与肿瘤发生、发展密切相关而引起人们重视。HOTAIR与肿瘤发生、发展关系的研究,对深入了解肿瘤的发病机制具有重要的理论意义,同时为肿瘤的早期诊断和靶向治疗亦提供参考。 The long chain non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) refer to a group of RNAs that are not involved in protein gener- ation,playing an important role in life activities, lneRNAs have been proposed to be key regulators of diverse biological processes through regulating gene expression at the epigenetic ,transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels. HOX transcript antisense RNA (HOTAIR) is the first-found antisense transcription lncRNA,which is found to be highly expressed in many kinds of malignant tumors. Increasing evidences have indicated the significant relationship between HOTAIR and tumorigen- esis. The study of the relationship between HOTAIR and tumorigenesis and development is of great theoretical significance in understanding the pathogenesis of tumor,and also provides reference for early diagnosis and targeted therapy of tumor.
