天仙子种子浸提液对苏丹草种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用

摘要 采用单因子试验方法,研究天仙子种子浸提液对苏丹草的化感作用,揭示天仙子入侵草地的内部机制.结果表明:天仙子种子浸提液对苏丹草种子萌发有明显的抑制及伤害作用,随着处理浓度的增加,种子萌发率显著降低.苏丹草的根长、株高、地下和地上生物量随处理浓度的升高有降低趋势,根冠比保持不变;苏丹草植株中叶绿素含量随浸提液浓度的升高变化不显著;丙二醛和脯氨酸含量随浸提液浓度的升高而增加.天仙子可以通过种子释放的化学物质抑制其周围物种的生长,达到竞争取胜的目的. The method of single factor experiment is conducted to research henbane seed extract on the allelopathy effect of Sudan grass to reveal inner mechanism of henbane invaded grassland. The results show that the henbane seed germination of Sudan Grass leaching solution has obvious inhibition and damage effect, decreased with the increase of concentration, seed germination rate significantly reduces. The root length, plant height, underground and aboveground biomass of Sudan grass, with the rise of concentration trend, are lowering, and the root-shoot ratio remains unchanged; Sudan grass chlorophyll content in the plant along with the increase of leaching solution concentration change is not significant; content of Mda and proline increases with the increase of concentration of leaching solution. Henbane can depend on the seed release of chemicals to inhibit the growth of the surrounding species to achieve the goal of the competition to win.
