摘要 大型选矿设备的使用是实现规模化生产的主要途径之一,但由于大型浸吸槽的传动性能受限和槽内矿浆的流动性欠佳,往往导致浸吸槽"死区"[1]和槽内"矿浆短路"等现象。本文介绍了一种JJC10.5×11m浸吸槽改造的思路和方案,并且在改造后投入生产取得了较好的效果。 Using of large mineral processing equipment is one of the main ways to realize the large-scale production; but the phenomena that immersion tank "dead zone" and "ore pulp short circuit" inside the tank are caused due to the transmission performance is limited of the large scale immersion tank, and the fluidity of ore pulp is not good enough. The modification thought and scheme of a kind of JJC10.5 × 11 meter immersion tank is introduced in this paper, and the good results have been achieved when it put on production.
