摘要
采用氨浸法处理碱性贫锰矿制备碳酸锰,在反应温度为40℃,氨水浓度为21 mol/L,浸出时间为45min,浸出液固比为5∶1,水合肼浓度为0.42 mol/L,催化剂硫化铵浓度为2.4 g/L,碳酸铵浓度为2.5 mol/L的条件下,锰的浸出率为91.36%,浸出液经后续处理得到碳酸锰产品。
