摘要
研究采用LD转炉-LF精炼炉-CC连铸-半连轧轧制流程工艺开发生产SAE1008低碳低硅自行车飞轮用钢的关键技术,通过转炉智能吹氩、LF精炼炉快速造白渣以及塞棒控制全保护浇铸等措施,成功解决了SAE1008钢低碳、低硅难以控制及脱氧任务重、钢水纯净度要求高的问题。
The study on the key technology to develop and produce the low-carbon low-silicon steel SAE1008 for bicycle flywheels by using LD converter-LF refining furnace-CC-semi-tandem rolling process was carried out, and through intelligent argon blowing in converter, quick white-slag-making in LF refining furnace and full protection casting with stopper control, the problems in the production of SAEI008, such as the control of low carbon and low silicon, and the heavy deoxidizing task, and the high purity requirement of molten steel, were successfully solved.
