摘要
对莱钢2^# 1880 m^3高炉炉役后期低燃料比冶炼进行总结。分析了炉役后期制约高炉炉况顺行及低燃料比冶炼的因素,通过稳定焦炭干基入炉量,采用时间布料法实现上部精准布料,优化酸性料及焦丁平铺技术,快速更换高炉上部冷却壁等措施,实现高炉长寿及低燃料比冶炼的目的。
The low-fuel-ratio smelting of 2^# 1880 m^3 blast furnace in Laiwu Steel in its late stage of furnace service was summarized. The factors restricting the stability of furnace condition and the smelting with low fuel ratio in the late stage of furnace service were analyzed, and through stabilizing the coke volume into furnace, using the time distributing method to realize the upper.accurate distributing, optimizing the tiling technology of acid materials and coke nut, and rapidly changing the cooling wall at the top of furnace, the purpose of smelting with long life and low fuel ratio for blast furnace was realized.
