高炉运渣皮带返程带料的分析与改进

摘要 皮带带料运行时,由于惯性及粘着力,部分物料随皮带返程运行,当物料通过滚筒时,在离心力作用下被抛射,逐步撒落在增面滚筒后方地面上,造成物料堆积。在增面滚筒后方地面砸孔,并增加一组接渣板与原机头漏斗连接,使被增面滚筒抛射的物料直接撒落到接渣板上,从而避免了物料的堆积。 When the belts run with slag, because of inertia and adhesion, part of material will return with the back tracking of belts, and when the material passes through the roller, the material will be threw out under the function of centrifugal force, successively fell on the ground behind surface-increasing roller, leading to material accumulation. And now, a hole was made behind surface-increasing roller, and a set of slag-catching plates was added to connect with funnel at the head of machine to ensure the slag be threw from surface-increasing roller and fall on the slag-catching plate, so as to avoid the accumulation of material.
