摘要
采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)考察了PBT/PET/GF/滑石粉的非等温结晶过程,研究了降温速率对PBT/PET/GF/滑石粉的结晶过程的影响,分别采用Jeziorny方程、Ozawa方程和Mo方程对PBT/PET/GF/滑石粉的非等温结晶动力学数据进行分析处理,计算PBT/PET/GF/滑石粉非等温结晶的动力学参数和非等温结晶活化能。结果表明:对于PBT/PET/GF/滑石粉,用Mo法处理得到的结果更理想,Jeziorny法有一定的局限性,Ozawa法不适用;PBT/PET/GF/滑石粉的非等温结晶活化能为-317.67 kJ/mol。
The non-isothermal crystallization process of polybutylene terephthalate/polyethylene terephthalate/glass fiber/talc (PBT/PET/GF/talc) was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry. The effect of cooling rate on the crystallization process of PBT/PET/GF/talc was studied. Jeziorny equation, Ozawa equation and Mo equation were adopted to study the non-isothermal crystallization of PBT/PET/GF/talc, the kinetic parameters and activation energy value of non-isothermal crystallization were calculated. The results showed that Mo method was successful to analyze the non-isothermal crystallization. Jeziorny method had some limitations and Ozawa method was not applicable of PBT/PET/ GF/talc. The non-isothermal crystallization activation energy of PBT/PET/GF/talc was -317.67 kJ/mol.
