摘要 利用实验室现有条件,根据磷脂酰胆碱易溶于甲醇、乙醇等低碳醇、乙醚和氯仿,不溶于丙酮、乙酸乙脂的原理,用有机溶剂提取革胡子鲶下脚料中的磷脂酰胆碱。通过单因素实验得到:甲醇-氯仿为提取的最佳溶剂。通过正交实验,研究了提取温度、提取时间、液料比、甲醇浓度等因素对磷脂酰胆碱提取率的影响,其影响因素主次顺序为:料液比>提取温度>甲醇的浓度>提取时间,最佳工艺为:提取温度40℃,提取时间30 min,料液比1∶3,甲醇浓度为95%。 Using laboratory existing conditions, according to the lecithin soluble in lower alcohols such as methanol, ethanol, etc, ether and chloroform, insoluble principle acetone, ethyl acetate, the lecithin was extracted by organic solvent from the clariasleather processing scrap. Through the single factor experiment, the best organic solvent was methanol-chloroform. Through the orthogonal experiment, the extraction temperature, the extraction time, the ratio of liquor to material and methanol concentration were discussed. The results showed that the best extraction temperature was 40 ℃, the optimum extraction time was 30 min, the best liquid-solid ratio was 1 : 3, the optimum concentration of methanol was 95%. The order of the major factors was: liquid-solid ratio〉extraction temperature〉methanol concentration〉 extraction time.
