摘要
通过乙酸乙酯萃取,硅胶柱色谱、MPLC、HPLC、Sephadex LH-20等色谱分离手段从山橙属植物川山橙中分离鉴定生物碱化合物15个。分别鉴定为分别为Melaxilline A(1),epimeloscine(2),scandine(3),epimeloscine N_4-oxide(4),scandine N_4-oxide(5),meloscandonine(6),11-methoxytabersonine(7),kopsinine(8),venalstonine(9),kopsiloscine G(10),venalstonidine(11),vindolinine(12),condylocarpine(13),scandomelonine(14)和episcandomelonine(15)。其中生物碱1、4、5、10、13、14和15为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Fifteen indole alkaloids were isolated from the total alkaloid section in Melodinus hemsleyanus. Their structures were confirmed by spectroscopic methods and literatures. The structures were identified as melaxilline A (1) , epimeloscine (2) , scandine ( 3 ) , epimeloscine N4 - oxide ( 4 ) , scandine N4 - oxide ( 5 ) , meloscandonine ( 6 ) , 11 - methoxytabersonine (7), kopsinine (8), venalstonine (9), kopsiloscine G ( 10 ), venalstonidine ( 11 ), vindolinine ( 12 ), condylocarpine(13) , scandomelonine(14) and episcandomelonine (15). Alkaloids 1, 4, 5, 10, 13, 14 and 15 were reported for the first time in this plant.
