摘要
管输初期天然气水露点超标和水合物的生成对天然气管道建设、输送和管道运行造成极大危害,本文结合中亚天然气管道运行情况,分析影响管输初期天然气水露点的各项因素,并通过气源地、工艺处理和输送过程等环节对控制管输初期天然气水露点超标和抑制天然气水合物生成方面提出有效的控制和防治措施,并以此解决天然气管道建设和运行中存在问题,保证天然气管道运输的顺利进行。
Early pipeline gas water dew point overweight and the formation of hydrate can cause great harm to natural gas pipeline construction, transport and pipeline operation. Combining with the china-kazakhstan gas pipeline running situation, various factors affecting gas water dew point were analyzed, and through the gas source, processing and transmission process, effective control and prevention measures of early pipeline gas water dew point overweight and inhibition of gas hydrate formation were put forward, to solve the problems existing in the natural gas pipeline construction and operation, ensure the smooth progress of natural gas pipeline transportation.
