摘要
对粉煤气化技术和气流床气化技术等三种气化技术在以神府煤和煤+半焦为原料的六种方案进行了分析研究。结果表明,由于气流床气化技术气化温度较低,导致粉煤气化技术在多种煤气化指标方面表现优于气流床气化技术。另外,由于原料煤+半焦中氢元素和氧元素的含量低于煤,这使得以煤为原料的粉煤气化技术优于煤+半焦,但气流床气化技术的表现则相反,原因在于其反应温度低以及水蒸气输入量较高。
Six gasification schemes were simulated and pulverized coal gasification technology and entrained-flow coal gasification technology with different raw materials, coal and coal+char were analyzed. The results showed that the pulverized coal gasification technology was better than the entrained- flow coal gasification technology in different gasification indicators, due to the low gasification temperature of entrained-flow coal gasification technology. In addition, the content of hydrogen element and oxygen element in raw material of coal+char was lower than coal, leading to that the pulverized coal gasification technology by using the raw material coal was better than raw material coal+char. But results of entrained-flow coal gasification technology showed an opposite effect because of the low reaction temperature and high inlet of steam in this type of gasification.
