摘要
含尘焦油来自煤气水分离装置中的焦油分离器,含尘焦油中含有煤尘和焦油,如何有效处理含尘焦油的排放问题成为了业内的难题。通过对目前现有含尘焦油装车外运、返回气化炉循环处理和离心机三相分离三种方法进行对比分析,发现采用离心机三相分离方法,可以有效解决含尘焦油的排放问题,不仅避免了环境污染问题,而且能够分离出焦油产品,提高了经济效益。
Dusty tar comes from the tar separator in the gas liquor separation, dusty tar contains coal dust and tar,how to effectively deal with dusty tar emissions has become an industry problem. Through the existing three kinds of dust-containing tar treatment methods for comparative analysis: dust tar loading sinotrans, return gasifier recycling and centrifuge three-phase separation, it was found that the three-phase separation method of the centrifuge can effectively solve the problem of dusty tar, not only to avoid environmental pollution problems, but also to separate the tar products. The economic efficiency was improved.
