脑卒中患者认知功能与年龄及性别的相关性研究

Correlation analysis of age,gender and cognitive impairment in patients with ischemic stroke

目的:探讨影响脑卒中患者各项认知功能状况的相关因素,分析不同年龄阶段和性别的卒中患者认知功能变化情况。方法:通过对脑卒中患者进行MMSE量表评分,从不同角度(年龄和性别)探讨卒中患者认知功能损害情况。结果:男女卒中患者认知功能无显著性差异,然而男卒中患者认知损害发生率更高。60岁以上的卒中患者随着年龄的增长,认知功能逐渐下降。50~59岁年龄阶段的卒中患者认知损害较60~69岁年龄阶段的患者严重。卒中患者认知损害主要表现为各个领域全面损害。结论:老年卒中患者认知损害与年龄密切相关,而较为年轻卒中患者(60岁以前)认知损害较为突出。卒中患者认知损害主要表现为各个认知领域功能的全面下降。

Objective ： To investigate the relevant factors of cognitive function and to analyze the cognitive function of acute stroke patients with age and gender differences. Methods： All the participant received the examinations of Mini-mental state examination （MMSE）. The cognitive impairment of stroke patients was analyzed in various aspects, such as age and gender. Results： There was no statistically significant difference between male and female patients with cognitive function, although male patients have more damage incidence in cognitive function. The stroke patients older than 60 years showed a decreasing trend of cognitive function along with the increasing of the age. Meanwhile, the cognitive impairment was more severe in stroke patients in their 50s than stroke patients in their 60s. Stroke patients with cognitive impairment mainly showed comprehensive cognitive impairment in various fields. Conclusion： In elder patients with stroke, their cognitive Impairment is correlated with age. Cognitive Impairment is severe in the younger stroke patients, especially in patients younger than 60 years old. Patients with stroke show comprehensive cognitive Impairment in all cognitive domains.
