2型糖尿病患者血清骨保护素水平与骨密度的相关性研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清骨保护素(OPG)水平与骨密度(BMD)的相关性。方法:选取2014年1月至2016年1月在邯郸市中心医院治疗的T2DM患者114例,其中骨量正常组40例,骨量减少组35例,骨质疏松组39例。测定3组患者血清OPG水平以及其他生化指标。结果:3组患者性别、年龄、腰椎BMD、髋部BMD、腰椎T值、髋部T值、病程和OPG水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中骨质疏松组OPG水平为(6.81±1.17)pmol·L^(-1),明显高于其他两组(P<0.05);3组血清OPG水平与腰椎BMD及髋部BMD呈负相关(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示仅年龄、体质量指数和OPG水平与患者BMD有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者血清OPG水平与BMD呈负相关,其中骨质疏松症患者OPG水平明显升高。 Objective:To investigate correlation of serum osteoprotegerin (OPG) and bone mineral density (BMD) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: Selected 114 cases of T2DM patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016, including 40 cases of normal bone group, 35 cases of bone loss group and 39 cases of osteoporosis group, detected serum OPG and other biochemical parameters in patients. Results: Three groups of gender, age, lumbar spine BMD and hip BMD, lumbar T value, hip T value, course of disease and OPG difference had statistical significance (p〈0.05), which of OPG in osteoporosis group was (6.81±1.17)pmol·L^-1), was significantly higher than that in other groups (p〈0.05); The three groups serum OPG and lumbar, hip BMD were negatively correlated (p〈0.05); multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, BMI and OPG were correlated with the BMD (p〈0.05). Conclusion: In type 2 diabetic patients, serum OPG is negatively correlated with BMD, and OPG is significantly increased in the patients with osteoporosis; OPG may have a role in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes with osteoporosis.
