摘要
以芳香醛、丙二腈及乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料在超声条件下制备2-氨基-3-氰基-4H-吡喃衍生物。单因素法考察反应条件:催化剂、溶剂、反应时间、温度及原料摩尔比对合成的影响。结果表明,在碳酸钠(10%醛)催化,超声15 min、反应温度为45℃、原料物质的量比苯甲醛∶丙二腈∶乙酰乙酸乙酯为1.0∶1.0∶1.1的最优条件下,产率可达89.4%。产物用核磁、红外及熔点进行表征。
An ultrasound-assisted synthetic method of 2-amino-3-cyano-4H-pyrans derivatives was devel-oped using aromatic aldehydes, malononitrile and ethyl acetoacetate as raw materials. Influences of cata-lysts, solvents, temperature, ultrasonic time and the quivalency of starting materials on yields were investi-gated using single factor methods. The result showed that under the sodium carbonate (10% aldehyde) ultrasound for 15 min,reactin temperature for 45℃ , n( benzaldehyde) : n( malonitrile) :n( ethylacetoac- etate) =1.0 :1.0 :1. 1 ,under the optimized conditoins,2-amino-3-cyano-4H-pyrans derivatives yielded in 89. 4%. Identity of the products were characterized by NMR,IR and m.p.
