摘要
分析高压断路器分闸运动特性,对提高断路器的性能有重要的意义。文中以配弹簧操动机构的高压SF6断路器为研究对象,从断路器分闸时空载的角度考虑,在分析缓冲器与灭弧室的工作原理基础上,利用Adams与MATLAB软件建立了弹簧操动机构与灭弧室联合模拟仿真模型。得到断路器空载条件下的分闸运动特性,所得的仿真曲线与试验曲线相吻合,证明了仿真模型的准确性,并在此基础上分别研究了压气室气体压力与缓冲器缓冲阻力在空载分闸过程中的变化规律。该建模与仿真方法能够方便给出各零部件的受力情况,为后续零部件强度与疲劳寿命的校核提供了帮助,同时也为提高断路器开断性能提供了参考依据。
Analysis for opening characteristic of circuit breaker is important for improving its performance. This article takes spring operating mechanism of high voltage SF6 circuit breaker as the object of the research,based on working principle analysis of buffer and interrupter from opening operation of circuit breaker point of view,its simulation model of the spring operating mechanism and the interrupter has been established with co-simulation of Adams and MATLAB. The motion characteristic of breaker has been obtained under no-load, the simulation curve can reflect the experimental curve well, which can verify to the simulation accuracy. Then on this basis, through numerical simulation, the variation law of interrupter pressure and buffer force in opening operation is studied. This research is helpful for checking the part strength and the fatigue life. Meanwhile, it can provide the reference basis for improving the breaking performance of the circuit breaker.
