摘要 文中综合分析了现有SF_6气体密度继电器存在的怕振动和漏油的问题。为了解决这些存在的问题,提出并研制了无油抗振型SF_6气体密度继电器,该密度继电器不用充防振用的硅油来实现抗振,而是设计了防误动作机构,在开关分合闸产生的冲击和振动时,该防误动作机构使密度继电器的微动开关(信号接点)远离发生误动作的位置,避免出现误动作,彻底使密度继电器躲过受到的冲击振动的影响,避免在气体密度正常时误触发信号(微动开关),保障电网安全运行。经过2年多的现场应用证明性能可靠、满足无油和断路器重合闸要求。 In this paper,the problems of the existing SF6 gas density monitor that they are prone to vibration and oil leakage are analyzed. In order to solve these problems, oil free vibration resistance type SF6 gas density monitor is proposed and developed. Vibration resistance is not achieved by silicon oil filling in this density monitor, but the design of the tripping preventing system. The shock and vibration are generated when the switchgear opens and recloses,the micro switches(contacts)are physically brought away from where they can possibly trip so as to avoid undesired operation. In this way, the density monitor escapes from the impact of shock and vibration and avoids giving a signal(micro switch)when gas density is normal,and the safe operation of the power network is maintained. After more than 2 years of field application, it has proved that the performance is reliable and meets the requirements of the oil free and the reclosing of circuit breaker.
