产学研结合视角下校企共建酿酒生产性实训基地的研究实践

Study on Co-constructed Liquor-Making Training Base from the Perspective of Integration of Production-Learning-Research

针对生产性实训基地存在生产成本高、实训效果不好等问题,基于产学研结合视角,探索出生产性实训基地实训教学、技术研发和生产服务相结合的运行模式,构建产学研一体化项目化课程体系,进一步推动工学结合人才培养模式改革,培养了学生的职业技能和综合素质,提高了教师的实践教学水平和科技服务能力。

There are some problems in liquor-making training base such as high production cost and unsatisfactory training effects. Based on the integration of production-learning-research, the operation mode of liquor-making training base co-constructed by colleg- es and distilleries was explored. The production-learning-research integrated curriculum system was set up, which could promote the reform in personnel training, focus on the training of student＇ s vocational skills and comprehensive quality, and enhance teacher＇ s teaching levels and sci-tech service capabilities.
