摘要
针对现阶段瓦斯抽采达标评价过程多存在工作强度大、评价过程复杂、数据获取精度低等缺点,结合瓦斯抽采效果评价、计算机软件编程及大数据分析处理技术,重构瓦斯抽采达标评价数学模型,设计并实现了一套适用于矿井的瓦斯抽采达标在线评价系统。系统可通过数据交互接口自动获取抽采钻孔有效控制半径、预抽钻孔接入抽采系统时间及工作面风量变化情况等瓦斯抽采监控系统信息,结合内置瓦斯抽采达标评价模型,综合分析不同抽采评价单元中瓦斯抽采评价效果,实现了矿井瓦斯抽采数据的自动获取与抽采效果的在线分析。某矿31005-1抽采评价单元试验效果显示,该系统达到了煤矿瓦斯抽采达标评价需求,为矿井现阶段瓦斯抽采达标智能评判提供了应用示范。
At present,there are many disadvantages such as high work intensity,complex evaluation process,low precision of data acqui-sition and so on,in this paper,combined with the gas drainage effect evaluation,computer software programming and data analysis and processing technology, by adopting standard evaluation mathematical model of gas drainage reconstruction, a gas drainage standard on-line evaluation system suitable for mine was designed and obtained. Through data interactive technology, the system can automatically get series of information of gas drainage monitoring system, such as effective gas drainage radius,the time of pre drainage drilling used into the drainage system, and the air flow changes on working face, and so on. Combined with the built-in gas drainage standard evalua-tion model,the effect evaluation of gas drainage in different evaluation units were analysed comprehensively,and the mine gas drainage data can be collected automatically, the drainage effect can be analysed on line. Through the test results of a mine drainage evaluation of 31005-1 unit,the system has met the demand of standard evaluation for gas drainage of coal mine,which has provided application dem-onstration for intelligent evaluation for the mine mining standards at this stage of gas drainage.
