浅埋煤层大采高综采面区段煤柱留设宽度研究 被引量:5

摘要 基于张家峁煤矿5^(-2)煤层回采工作面条件,通过矿压观测,得出煤柱及工作面矿压显现规律。应用FLAC^(3D)数值计算软件,分析了不同宽度煤柱的变形破坏特征和支承压力分布规律;在压力拱理论和Wilson理论的基础上,根据浅埋煤层上覆岩层运动特征,提出了区段煤柱漏斗载荷模型;根据载荷模型,得出煤柱上覆载荷计算公式;结合极限平衡理论和浅埋坚硬煤层特征,得出浅埋煤层区段煤柱留设宽度计算方法。 Based on the condition of mining face in No. 5^-2 coal seam of Zhangjiamao Coal Mine,through the observation of rock pres-sure, and the roof weighting as well as overburden load were measured. The deformation, and failure characteristics as well as pressure distribution of coal pillars with different width were analyzed by using the FLAC^3D numerical calculation software. On the basis of pres-sure arch theory and Wilson theory,according to the overburden caving feasure in shallow coal seam,the hopper load model of section coal pillar was presented. Based on the hopper load model,the calculation formula of overburden load on coal pillar was obtained,com-bined with the theory of limit equilibrium and shallow hard coal seam characteristics, the calculation method of coal pillar width in shal-low coal seam section was obtained.
