煤矿井下岩层定向钻孔施工工艺与应用研究

Status of drilling technology and application about directional hole in rock stratum underground coal mine

煤矿井下定向钻进技术大量应用于施工岩层定向钻孔进行瓦斯治理、防治水和地质勘探等方面。结合煤矿井下岩层定向钻孔施工工艺和应用现状,介绍当前岩层定向钻孔施工主要技术装备组成和钻进工艺方法,并对相关应用领域进行了实例介绍;根据实际应用中关于地层条件限制、事故处理、地层识别和钻压损耗以及下套管工艺等方面提出了相应的改进和研究建议。今后通过这些方面的研究和完善,能够扩大应用范围,更好地满足实际生产需要,推动技术的进一步发展与应用。

At present, directional drilling technology in coal mine is widely used in gas control, and water control, and geological explora-tion and so on. Combining with the status of drilling and application, drilling equipments and drilling technology about directional hole in rock stratum was introduced,and including field of application by practical examples. Meanwhile,according to the existing problems, such as formation conditions＇ influence,drilling accidents treatment,wastage of drilling pressure,and technique of running casing,improvements and research suggestions about drilling equipment and technology were given for development and further improvement in the future to expand the range of application and to meet the needs of production.
