PEG-OSO_3H catalyzed synthesis of fluorinated hexahydropyrimidine derivatives via the Biginelli-type reaction

摘要 报道了一种以芳香醛、三氟(二氟)乙酰乙酸乙酯与脲(硫脲)为原料,聚乙二醇支载的硫酸(PEGOSO_3H)作为催化剂,通过Biginelli型缩合反应合成氟化六氢嘧啶衍生物的绿色合成方法.产物结构经IR,~1HNMR,^(13)CNMR及元素分析进行了表征.结果表明,该方法后处理简单、产率高、污染少、环境友好,并且PEGOSO_3H可重复循环使用,底物有良好的耐受性. A green and environmentally friendly process for the synthesis of fluorinatedhexahydropyrimidine derivatives via the Biginelli-type condensation reaction using aromatic aldehydes,trifluoro (difluoro) acetoacetate and polyimtype condensation reaction(PEGOSO3 H) as catalyst has beendeveloped. The structures of all these new compounds are fully established by IR,1NMR,13 CNMR andelemental analysis. The results show that the method is simple, high yield, less pollution and theenvironmentlly friendly. The PEGOSO3 H can be recycled and the substrate is well tolerated.
