摘要
[目的]了解江西省基层艾滋病防治机构人力资源现状及存在的问题,为卫生行政部门合理配置人力资源提供科学依据。[方法]利用问卷调查收集江西省2个县艾滋病防治机构工作人员的情况,通过个人访谈收集相关资料。使用Epidata 3.1建立数据库,使用SPSS 20.0进行资料分析。[结果]共调查202人,县级128人,乡镇74人,平均年龄39.63岁,一年参加培训的平均时间为(76.78±135.91)min。学历以本科为主(占35.64%),职称以初级为主(占38.12%),专业以临床为主(占37.13%)。县乡两级学历、职称、专业构成差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。每周工作时间超过40 h的占39.11%,专职人员更倾向于加班(P<0.001)。[结论]江西省基层艾滋病防治机构人员能力和数量不能完全满足防艾工作的需要,建议调整人力资源结构并加强相关培训。
Objectives To know the status and problem of grass roots AIDS prevention and control human resources in Jiangxi province so as toprovide scientific basis for health administrative department for rationally allocate human resources. Methods Collected the personnel data byquestionnaire and individual interviews from AID prevention and control institutes in two counties. EpiData 3. I was used to establish a databaseand SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data. Results Among 202 staffs, there were 128 and 74 staffs in county and townshiplevel, the average age was 39. 63 and the average yearly training time was 76. 78 :t: 135.91 minutes. Their main education background wasbachelor degree (35.64%) . 38. 12% staffs had primary level professional title, and their major was clinical medicine (37.13%) . Therewere statistical significance in different degree, title and specialty (P 〈 0.05 ) . 39. 11% staffs worked more than 40 hours per week. Full -time staffs tend to work overtime (P 〈0. 001 ) . Conclusions The capacity and staff number of grass roots AIDS prevention and control institu-tes could not meet the requirement of HIV/AIDS prevention and control working in Jiangxi province. Therefore human resources should hestrengthened and rationally allocated, and training should be strengthened too.
