农村老年高血压患者的上门随访需求及其影响因素

Analysis on the demand of follow-up and influence factors among rural aged patients with hypertension

[目的]分析农村老年高血压患者的上门随访需求及影响因素,并提出完善对策。[方法]调查江苏省三个区(市)12个乡镇老年高血压患者984人,应用χ~2检验和Logistic回归分析患者上门随访需求的影响因素。[结果]老年高血压患者半年内上门随访率为46.24%,平均随访次数为3.59次;有69.00%的患者表示需要上门随访,其中66.13%的患者希望随访间隔不要超过1个月,婚姻状况、诊断年限和住院情况是其显著影响因素(P<0.05)。[结论]对农村老年高血压患者的上门随访有待加强,应加强农村慢性病随访人员的配置,实施随访信息化管理,以提高上门随访的效率和效果。

Objective To analyze the demand of follow - up and influencing factors among rural aged patients with hypertension and put forwardMethods 984 aged patients with hypertension were investigated in twelve townships of three districts （cities） of Jiangsuprovince. Chi - square test and logistic regression were applied to analyze influence factors of follow - up demand among the patients. ResultsThe rate of follow - up among rural aged patients with hypertension was 46. 24% within six months, and the average times of follow - up was3.59. 69% patients deemed that they needed follow - up, and 66. 13% aged patients expected that the time interval of follow - up was no morethan one month. Marital status, years of diagnosis and hospitalization were significant influence factors （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions It shouldstrengthen allocation of chronic disease follow - up staffs in rural area. Carry out follow - up informatization management, so as to improve effi-ciency and effect of follow - up.
