中成药治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染研究述评

A commentary of literature research of traditional Chinese medicine for acute upper respiratory tract infection in children

急性上呼吸道感染是小儿呼吸系统最常见的感染性疾病,其病原体以病毒为主,可占原发上呼吸道感染的90%以上。然而,目前尚无专门针对本病的特异性抗病毒药物,此外还存在过度、广泛使用甚至滥用抗生素的现象。长期临床实践已证实中医药在治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染方面安全有效。笔者检索多个数据库的相关文献,从中成药的临床研究、实验基础研究的角度,初步例证了中成药治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的优势,并提出了目前中成药治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染所存在的问题以及可能的研究方向。

Acute upper respiratory tract infection is the most common infectious disease in children＆#39;s respiratory system.The pathogen to the main virus, can account for more than 90% of the primary upper respiratory tract infectio.However, there is no specific anti-viral drugs specifically for the disease, in addition to the existence of excessive, widespread use or even abuse of antibiotics.Long-term clinical practice has confirmed that Chinese medicine is safe and effective in treating acute upper respiratory tract infection in children.The author reviews the literatures of multiple databases, and analyzes the advantages of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children from the perspective of clinical research and experimental basic research.It also puts forward the existing problems and possible research directions of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children.
