TNF-α介导的凋亡相关基因SNP与宫颈癌发生的分子流行病学研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)介导的凋亡相关基因SNP与宫颈癌发生的相关性。方法统计分析2011年4月至2016年4月收治的宫颈癌患者792例的临床资料。另选取878名健康女性作为对照组,对比观察两组的初产年龄、处于绝经前比率、体重指数(BMI)和SNP基因型频率,分析SNP位点基因型TNFAIP8-rs11064、IL6-rs2069837与宫颈癌发生的相关性。结果宫颈癌组患者的初产年龄≤24岁比率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),处于绝经前比率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),BMI<25比率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),≥25比率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);SNP位点基因型TNFAIP8-rs11064、IL6-rs2069837与宫颈癌发生显著相关(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌的发生与初产年龄、处于绝经前状态、体重指数有关;TNF-α介导的凋亡相关基因SNP与宫颈癌发生具有相关性,该通路相关基因-基因、基因-环境有交互作用存在。 Objective To study the molecular epidemiology of apoptosis related genes SNP mediated by TNF-α in the occurance of cervical cancer. Methods The clinical data of 792 patients with cervical cancer in this hospital during April 2011 to April 2016 were statistically analyzed,and 878 healthy women were selected as control group,the primiparous age,premenopausal ratio,body mass index( BMI) and frequency of SNP genotype in these two groups were compared,and the correlation of SNP locus genotypes TNFAIP8-rs11064 and IL6-rs2069837 with cervical carcinoma were analyzed. Results The ratio of patients with primiparity ≤24 years old in cervical cancer group was significantly higher( P〈0. 05),and their ratio of premenopause was significantly higher( P〈0. 05),and the ratio of BMI 25 was significantly higher( P〈0. 05),and the ratio ≥25 was significantly lower than that of control group( P〈0. 05). SNP genotypes TNFAIP8-rs11064 and IL6-rs2069837 were significantly associated with cervical cancer( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The occurrence of cervical cancer is related with age,premenopausal status and body mass index. Apoptosis related gene SNP mediated by TNF-α has relavance with the occurance of cervical cancer,the pathway related gene-gene and gene-environment exists interaction.
