食管癌组织MTA1表达与临床特征及预后的关系

Relationship of MTA1 expression with clinical features and prognosis in esophageal carcinoma

目的探讨肿瘤转移相关蛋白(MTA1)在食管癌组织中的表达及其临床病理学意义和对预后的影响。方法选取2010年1月至2012年8月手术后食管癌病理组织标本84例(食管癌组)和20例正常食管组织(正常组)进行免疫组化染色并进行对照分析。分析MTA1蛋白与食管癌临床病理学特征、预后的关系。结果食管癌组织中MTA1蛋白阳性表达率70.24%显著的高于正常食管组织中的0(P<0.05);食管癌组织中MTA1蛋白阳性表达率与肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、N分期具有显著的相关性(P<0.05);MTA1阴性表达患者的3年生存率68.00%显著的高于阳性组的33.90%(χ~2=8.286,P<0.05)。食管癌MTA1蛋白阴性表达患者的中位存活时间(32个月)显著长于阳性表达患者(25个月)(log-rankχ~2=7.375,P<0.05)。结论 MTA1在食管癌组织中高表达,并且与患者的不良预后关系密切。

Objective To investigate the expression of tumor metastasis associated protein（ MTA1） in esophageal carcinoma and its significance of pathology and prognosis. Methods From January 2010 to August 2012,84 cases of esophageal cancer（ esophageal cancer group）and 20 cases of normal esophageal tissues proved by pathology previously were collected（ control group） for immunohistochemistry dyeing. Clinical and pathological features of MTA1 protein in patients with esophageal cancer were analyzed. Results MTA1 protein expression rate of esophageal tissues（ 70. 24%） was significantly higher than that of normal esophageal tissues（ 0%）（ P〈0. 05）. MTA1 protein expression rate of esophageal cancer tissue was positively correlated with tumor differentiation,TNM stage,N staging with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. 3-year survival rate of patients with negative expression of MTA1（ 68. 00%） was significantly higher than that of positive group（ 33. 90%）（ χ^2= 8. 286,P〈0. 05）. Median survival time of esophageal cancer patients with negative expression of MTA1（ 32 months） was significantly longer than that of the positive expression patients（ 25 months）（ log-rank χ^2= 7. 375,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion MTA1 expression in esophageal cancer is high and the patients＇ prognosis is poor.
