凉血逐瘀汤治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of cooling blood soup in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocy-topenic purpura

目的探讨凉血逐瘀汤治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的临床效果。方法选择2013年1月至2015年1月收治的80例ITP患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予醋酸泼尼松治疗,观察组给予凉血逐瘀汤治疗。治疗12周后比较两组患者的临床疗效、出血程度、血小板计数及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.227,P<0.05);观察组出血程度改善效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.116,P<0.05);治疗1个月后,观察组血小板计数低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗3个月后,观察组血小板计数高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%,显著低于对照组的47.50%(P<0.05)。结论凉血逐瘀汤显著提高了ITP患者血小板计数和临床疗效,降低了出血程度,且减少了不良反应的发生,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of cooling blood soup in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocy-topenic purpura（ ITP）.Methods From January 2013 to January 2015 80 cases of ITP patients were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method they were divided into observation group and control group,each group of 40 cases. The control group was treated with prednisone,and the observation group was treated with Cooling blood soup. After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,platelet count and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ Z = 2. 227,P〈0. 05）. The improvement effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ Z = 2. 116,P〈0. 05）. After one months of treatment,the platelet count in the observation group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After three months of treatment,the platelet count in the observation group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was10%,significantly lower than 47. 50% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Cooling blood soup improves the ITP patients with platelet counts and clinical effect,reduces the degree of hemorrhage and the incidence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
