胸腺肽α1联合异甘草酸镁对原发性肝癌TACE术后患者肝功能及血清T淋巴细胞的影响

Influence of thymosin α1 combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on liver function and serum T lymphocytes of patients with primary liver cancer after TACE

目的探讨胸腺肽α1联合异甘草酸镁对原发性肝癌经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)术后患者肝功能及血清T淋巴细胞的影响。方法选取2013年2月至2015年9月接收的行TACE术治疗的PHC患者68例,随机分为对照组与联合组。两组患者均行TACE术治疗,对照组辅助胸腺肽α1治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合异甘草酸镁治疗。对比两组患者治疗后肝功能及血清T淋巴细胞各指标情况。结果两组患者治疗前丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)指标水平及CD3^+T、CD4^+T、CD8^+T、CD4^+/CD8^+T水平相比无显著差异(P>0.05);联合组治疗后3 d、14 d时ALT、AST、TBIL指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前T淋巴细胞水平组间对比无显著差异(P>0.05);联合组治疗后1 d、7 d时CD3^+T、CD4^+T、CD8^+T、CD4^+/CD8^+T水平均优于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论原发性肝癌TACE术后患者使用胸腺肽α1联合异甘草酸镁治疗,肝功能各指标水平及血清T淋巴细胞水平均明显改善,有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the influence of thymosin α1 combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on liver function and serum T lymphocytes of patients with primary liver cancer after TACE. Methods 68 cases of patients with PHC treated by TACE from February 2013 to September 2015 were selected,and were divided into control group and combination group randomly. Bothe of the two groups were given TACE surgery,and the control group patients were assisted with TACE,and the combination group patients were combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate. Liver function and serum T lymphocyte indexes were compared after treatment in the two groups. Results There were no significantly difference in levels of ALT,AST,TBIL and CD3^＋T,CD4^＋T,CD8^＋T and CD4^＋/CD8^＋T before treatment between the two groups（ P〈0.05）,and after 3 d and 14 d treatment,levels of ALT,AST,TBIL were lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in T lymphocyte level after 1 d and 7 d treatment between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Levels of CD3^＋T,CD4^＋T,CD8^＋T and CD4^＋/CD8^＋T in the combination group were significantly different when compared with those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Thymosin α1 combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in treatment of patients with primary liver cancer after TACE,it can significantly improve levels of liver function and serum T lymphocyte. It has clinical promotion value.
