摘要 目的:探讨多维度快乐护理干预法在学龄期哮喘患儿中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年1~10月收治于我院的学龄期哮喘患儿104例,将其随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组接受常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上加用多维度快乐护理干预,比较两组患儿干预后焦虑量表评分、依从性和生命质量各维度评分的差异性。结果:试验组患儿干预后的焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05),依从性评分和生命质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用多维度快乐护理法对哮喘患儿实施干预,能够显著改善患儿负性情绪,提高治疗依从性和生命质量。 Objective:To discuss the application effect of multi-dimension happy nursing intervention method in school-age child patients with asthma.Methods:Selected 104 school-age child patients with asthma admitted in our hospital from January to October 2016,and they were equally divided into control group and test group at random,where child patients in the control group received conventional nursing,and multi-dimension happy nursing intervention was given to the child patients in the test group on the basis of the control group,and child patients in the two groups were compared in difference of anxiety scale scores,scores of each dimension of compliance and life quality after intervention.Results:After intervention,the anxiety score of child patients in the test group was lower than that of child patients in the control group(P〈0.05),and the scores of compliance and life quality of child patients in the test group were higher than those of child patients in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Using the multi-dimension happy nursing method to intervene with the child patients with asthma could significantly improve the child patients' negative mood,improve treatment compliance and life quality.
