全程精细化护理干预对降低CT增强扫描造影剂不良反应的作用

Effect of whole-course fine care intervention on reducing the adverse effect of CT enhanced contrast agent

目的:探讨全程精细化护理干预对降低CT增强扫描造影剂不良反应的作用。方法:选取2015年7月~2016年8月在我院进行CT增强扫描患者157例,将其随机分为对照组78例与观察组79例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用全程精细化护理干预,比较两组患者的造影剂不良反应情况、检查情况及护理质量。结果:观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),且患者心率异常、血压异常及检查中断情况发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),所用护理时间短于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05),对护理质量评价评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在CT增强扫描中实施全程精细化护理干预,可有效降低患者对造影剂的不良反应发生率,减少患者检查前的血压、心率异常现象,提高患者的扫描质量与诊断情况。

Objective：To discuss the effect of whole-course fine care intervention on reducing the adverse effect of CT enhanced contrast agent.Methods：Selected 157 patients receiving CT enhanced scanning in our hospital from July 2015 to August 2016,and they were divided into 78 patients in the control group and 79 patients in the observation group at random,where conventional nursing intervention was employed for the patients in the control group,and fine nursing intervention was employed for the patients in the observation group,and patients in the two groups were compared in adverse reaction of contrast agent,examination condition and nursing quality.Results：The adverse reaction rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that of patients in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the patients＇ heart rate abnormality,blood pressure abnormality and examination suspension in the control group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,the time spent in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,the anxiety score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the score of evaluation on nursing quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The whole-course fine nursing intervention in CT enhanced scanning could effectively reduce the incidence rate of patients＇ adverse reaction to contrast agent,reduce the blood pressure and heart rate abnormalities of patients before examination,improve the patients＇ scanning quality and diagnosis.
