摘要
目的:观察专项小组护理模式在经皮肾穿刺造瘘碎石取石术(PCN)术后迟发性出血患者中的应用效果。方法;对我院2014年1月~2016年11月入院接受PCN治疗尿路结石患者800例中26例迟发性出血患者实行专项小组护理。观察PCN术后迟发性出血患者恢复情况。结果:17例经过输液输血等保守处理,9例实行介入治疗和栓塞护理,全部痊愈。结论:对PCN术后迟发性出血患者进行专项小组护理,可减少迟发型出血造成不良后果,促进患者身体康复。
Objective：To observe the application effect of special team nursing model in patients with delayed bleeding after percutaneous nephrostomy （PCN）.Methods：A special team nursing was conducted for 26 patients with delayed bleeding in 800 patients receiving lithangiuria treatment with PCN in our hospital from January 2014 to November 2016.The recovery of patients with delayed bleeding after PCN was observed.Results：The 17 patients received conservative treatment such as infusion and blood transfusion and 9 patients received interventional treatment and thrombus nursing,and all were cured.Conclusion：Special team nursing for patients with delayed bleeding after PCN could reduce the adverse consequence caused by delayed bleeding and promote the patients＇ rehabilitation.
