标准网格化舒适护理在晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗老年患者中的应用

Application of standard grid comfortable nursing in elderly patients receiving chemotherapy of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的:探讨标准网格化舒适护理在晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗老年患者中的应用效果。方法 :我院自2016年1月起开始采用标准网格化舒适护理对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗老年患者实施干预,选择实施前(2015年4~12月)44例患者作为对照组和实施后(2016年1~9月)44例患者作为试验组,观察两组患者干预前后舒适度及生活质量评分情况。结果:试验组患者干预后的舒适度评分和生活质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用标准网格化舒适护理对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗老年患者实施干预,可提高患者的舒适度和生活质量水平。

Objective：To discuss the application effect of standard grid comfortable nursing in elderly patients receiving chemotherapy of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods：Our hospital began to employ standard grid comfortable nursing for intervention of elderly patients receiving chemotherapy of advanced non-small cell lung cancer from January 2016;44 patients before implementation （April to December 2015） as the control group,and 44 patients after implementation （January to September 2016） as the test group,and patients in the two groups were observed in comfort and life quality scores before and after intervention.Results：After intervention,the comfort scores and life quality scores of patients in the test group were significantly higher than those of patients in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The intervention of elderly patients receiving chemotherapy of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with standard grid nursing comfortable nursing could improve the patients＇ comfort and life quality.
