阿尔兹海默症患者家属对PICC认知情况的调查分析

Investigation analysis on PICC cognition of Alzheimer's disease patients' family members

目的:调查阿尔兹海默症患者家属对PICC的认知情况,分析家属对PICC认知的影响因素。方法:选取2014年1月~2015年12月我科住院的80例患者的家属143名,对其进行PICC认知情况调查分析和护理干预前后对PICC认知的改善。结果:阿尔兹海默症患者家属对PICC的认知较低,其中文化程度和年龄是主要影响因素。结论:针对文化程度、年龄影响因素对家属采取针对性护理干预,可有效减少阿尔兹海默症患者家属对PICC的认知,减少PICC并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective：To investigate the PICC cognition of Alzheimer＇s disease patients＇ family members and analyze the influential factors for the family members＇ PICC cognition.Methods：Selected 143 family members of 80 patients admitted in our department from January 2014 to December 2015,and they were investigated and analyzed on PICC cognition and improvement of PICC recognition before and after nursing intervention.Results：The Alzheimer＇s disease patients＇ family members had a low PICC cognition,mainly affected by the education background and age.Conclusion：The targeted nursing intervention for the family members against the influential factors of education background and age could effectively increase PICC cognition of Alzheimer＇s disease patients＇ family members,reduce the incidence rate of PICC complications and increase the nursing satisfaction.
