品管圈活动在改善消毒供应室手术器械管理中的应用

Application of quality control circle in improuement of the management of operation apparatuses in disinfection supply room

目的:探究品管圈活动的开展对于消毒供应室手术器械管理的改善效果。方法:医院消毒供应室在2014年10月~2015年9月成立品管圈活动小组,根据品管圈理念对消毒供应室手术器械进行有效管理,观察活动实施前后消毒供应室器械管理效果、工作服务质量。结果:实施品管圈活动后,消毒供应室在器械清洗不合格、器械包装不合格、器械灭菌不合格(湿包)、器械供应不合格及其他不合格的器械数量及比例显著低于品管圈活动实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);消毒供应室成员在仪表文明、责任感、服务态度、沟通配合及解决问题能力等5个方面的评分均高于活动前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应室开展品管圈活动,不仅显著缓解了手术器械的清洗、包装、消毒灭菌、器械供应等不良事件发生,而且提高了消毒供应室的工作服务质量,降低了院内感染率,是一种行之有效的管理方法。

Objective：To discuss the effect of quality control circle in improvement of operation apparatus management in operation room.Methods：The hospital disinfection supply room established a quality control circle activity team from October 2014 to September 2015,and the operation apparatuses in the disinfection supply room were managed effectively according to the quality control circle concept,and the apparatus management effect in the disinfection supply room and work service quality were observed before and after implementation.Results：After implementation of quality circle control activity,the quantity and proportion of apparatus cleaning disqualification,apparatus packing disqualification,apparatus disinfection disqualification（wet package）,apparatus supply disqualification and other disqualified apparatuses in the disinfection room were significantly lower than those before implementation of quality control circle activity,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the scores of disinfection supply room members in appearance civilization,sense of responsibility,service attitude,communication cooperation and problem solving abilities were higher than those before the activity,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The quality control circle activity in the disinfection supply room did not only relieve the occurring of adverse events such as operation apparatus cleaning,packing,disinfection and apparatus supply,but also improve the work service quality of the disinfection supply room,reduce in-hospital infection rate,and was an effective management method.
