探讨呼吸内镜在呼吸内科诊疗中的作用效果

To Explore the Effect of Respiratory Endoscopy in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Respiratory Medicine

目的探讨分析呼吸内镜在呼吸内科诊疗中的作用效果。方法回顾性分析2015年11月—2016年11月在该院呼吸内科采用呼吸内镜诊疗的130例患者的临床资料,分析检查与治疗构成比、呼吸内镜主治病症类型、治疗效果。结果采用呼吸内镜检查106例(81.54%),治疗78例(60.00%);呼吸内镜主要有支气管镜、胸腔镜;治疗的主要疾病为肺癌、、肺不张、支气管扩张等;采用呼吸内镜诊治后,治疗有效率为93.85%。结论呼吸内镜对呼吸系统疾病的防治有重要作用,能够提高疾病确诊率及治疗有效率,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To study the effect of respiratory endoscope in the diagnosis and treatment in the department of respiration medicine. Methods 130 cases of patients treated in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected and the ratio of examination and treatment, main disease type of respiratory endoscope and treatment effect were analyzed. Results 106 cases were examined by the respiratory endoscope（81.54%）, 78 cases were treated（60.00%）, and the main respiratory endoscopes were bronchoscope and thoracoscopy, and the main diseases were lung cancer, atelectasis and bronchodilating, and after the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory endoscope, the treatment effective rate was 93.85%.Conclusion The respiratory endoscope is of great significance to the control of respiratory system diseases, which can improve the disease confirmation rate and treatment effective rate, and it is of positive clinical significance.
