血培养阳性病原菌种类及耐药性监测分析

摘要 目的监测分析血培养阳性病原菌种类及耐药性。方法整群收集该院2014年8月—2016年7月期间的3459份血培养标本,分析总结血液培养阳性病原菌种类及耐药性。结果 3 459份血培养标本中有400份鉴定结果呈阳性,其中革兰阳性细菌231份,占57.75%;革兰阴性细菌153份,占38.25%;真菌16份,占4.00%。葡萄球菌和肠球菌中未发现对替考拉宁及万古霉素的耐药株;但是肠杆菌科细菌对碳青霉烯类的抗菌药有着较高的敏感度。结论血培养中检出的病原菌种类复杂,主要为革兰阳性细菌和革兰阴性细菌,且耐药性差异较大,临床应根据药敏结果科学用药,以减少多药耐药菌的发生。 Objective To monitor and analyze the blood culture positive pathogenic bacteria species and drug-resistance.Methods 3 459 blood culture samples in our hospital from August 2014 to July 2016 were collected and the blood culture positive pathogenic bacteria species and drug-resistance were analyzed and summarized. Results Group selection the 3 459 blood culture samples, 400 samples were positive, including 231 samples of gram positive bacteria, accounting for 57.75%and 153 samples of gram negative bacteria, accounting for 38.25%, and 16 samples of funguses, accounting for 4.00%, no strains of staphylococcus and enterococcus resistant to teicoplanin and vancomycin was found but the sensitivity of enterobacteriaceae bacteria. Conclusion The pathogenic bacteria species tested by the blood culture is complex, mainly including gram positive bacteria or gram negative bacteria, and the drug-resistance difference is big, in clinic, we should conduct the scientific medication according to the drug sensitive results in order to reduce the occurrence of multidrug resistant organisms.
