急性胰腺炎内科保守治疗刍议与护理分析

Study on the Internal Conservative Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis and Nursing Analysis

目的探讨急性胰腺炎内科保守治疗的观察要点和护理干预有效方法。方法随机将方便选取2015年1月—2016年10月该院内科收治的94例急性胰腺炎患者分为两组。实验组47例,予以患者临床护理路径行综合护理;对照组47例,给予患者常规护理。观察两组疗效及住院时间,统计患者护理满意度。结果实验组中转手术2例,对照组中转手术3例,余下患者内科治疗均有效治愈,无死亡病例,实验组治疗有效率(95.7%)与对照组比较(93.6%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者平均住院时间(13.5±2.6)d,患者护理满意评分(97.4±2.2)分,两项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性胰腺炎内科保守治疗临床疗效良好,基于临床路径给予患者综合护理能有效提高护理质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the observation key points of internal conservative treatment of acute pancreatitis and effective methods of nursing intervention. Methods 94 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each, the experimental group adopted the clinical nursing path line comprehensive nursing the control group adopted the routine nursing, and the curative effect, length of stay of the two groups were observed and the nursing satisfactory degree of patients was counted. Results 2 cases and 3 cases were converted to operation respectively in the experimental group and in the control group, and the other patients were effectively cured by the internal conservative treatment, and there were no death cases, and there was no statistical difference in the treatment effective rate between the experimental group and control group（95.7% vs 93.6%）（P〉0.05）, and the average length of stay and nursing satisfactory degree score in the experimental group were respectively（13.5±2.6）d and（97.4±2.2）points, which were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of internal conservative treatment of acute pancreatitis is good, and the general nursing based on the clinical path can effectively improve the nursing quality,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
