摘要
目的探讨与分析3D-VIBE序列动态增强扫描对卵巢癌分期的应用。方法选择2014年1月—2017年1月期间该院收治的原发性卵巢癌患者30例患者为研究对象,对其予以3D-VIBE序列动态增强扫描,对检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果 30例原发性卵巢癌中2例颗粒细胞癌、4例子宫内膜样癌、6例粘液性囊腺癌、17例浆液性囊腺癌、1例透明细胞癌。对原发灶定位、盆腔(子宫输卵管)局部浸润、腹膜转移>2 cm及肝转移、盆腔局部浸润其它盆腔组织及腹膜转移≤2 cm、远处腹膜转移、淋巴转移等3D-VIBE序列动态增强扫描的准断准确率分别为93.33%、100.00%、86.67%、90.00%、86.67%。结论在卵巢肿瘤形态学特征、血供特征及信号特征等方面3D-VIBE序列动态增强扫描能够清晰显示,具有重要的应用价值。
Objective To discuss and analyze the application of 3D-VIBE sequence dynamic enhancement scan for the staging of ovarian cancer. Methods 30 cases of patients with primary ovarian cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects and were given the 3D-VIBE sequence dynamic enhancement scan, and the examination results were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the 30 cases of patients with primary ovarian cancer, there were 2 cases with granular cell carcinoma, 4 cases with endometrioid carcinoma, 6 cases with cystadenocarcinoma mucinosum, 17 cases with serous cystadenocarcinoma and 1 case with clear cell carcinoma, and the accurate rate of primary lesion positioning, pelvic cavity(uterine oviduct) local infiltration, peritoneal metastasis〉2 cm,hepatic metastases, peritoneal metastasis ≤2 cm, distant peritoneal metastasis and lymphatic metastasis was respectively 93.33%,100%,86.67%,90%,86.67%. Conclusion The 3D-VIBE sequence dynamic enhancement scanning can clearly show the morphological features of ovarian tumors, blood supply features and signal features, which is of important application value.
