基于“数控机床装配调试与维修”项目的英才培养探究

在多年实践探索的基础上,武汉职业技术学院数控技术专业总结出了三步培养数维英才的模式,即"针对所有学生实施‘理实一体化教学’,夯实基础";"吸纳有兴趣的学生加入‘数维学生社团’,提升实践能力";"选拔高水平学生加入‘数维技能大赛集训队’,培育英才"。通过实施该模式,该专业教学质量得到有效提升。
