课程资源的开发利用是高职院校学生职业能力培养的条件。基于现代学徒制的高职课程资源的开发应遵循时代性、实践性和职业性等原则,高职课程资源的开发利用应通过确定以培养综合职业能力为目的的课程目标等途径来实现,以及企业、教师和学生资源的开发问题。

The development and utilization of curriculum resources is the condition of cultivating students＇ profes-sional ability in higher vocational colleges. The development of curriculum resources based on modern apprenticeship should follow the principles of the times, practicality and occupation. And the development and utilization of curriculum resources in higher vocational colleges should be achieved through the identification of curriculum objectives aimed at cultivating comprehensive vocational ability. This paper discusses the development of enterprise, teacher and student re-sources.
