摘要
以中等职业学校食品生物工艺专业课程体系、高等职业院校食品生物技术专业课程体系为研究对象,在分析食品生产企业工作岗位、工作任务和职业能力的基础上,明确了中高职食品生物技术专业的培养目标,构建了中高职食品生物技术专业课程体系衔接框架。
Based on the curriculum system of food biotechnology in secondary vocational schools and the curricu-lum system of food biotechnology in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the workplace, work tasks and pro-fessional ability of food production enterprises, and clarifies the characteristics of middle and higher vocational food Biotechnology professional training objectives, to build a curriculum system convergence framework of food biotechnol-ogy professional in secondary and higher vocational education.
