基于工作过程系统化的高职酒店情境英语课程改革研究

酒店工作环境要求工作人员具备相应的英语能力,尽管高职酒店管理类专业都开设酒店情境英语课程,但很多酒店反映高职生在酒店实际工作情节中缺乏相关英语技能。目前该课程存在的最大问题是授课内容以与酒店工作岗位内容相脱节的理论内容为主,学生缺乏学习热情,难以达到课程培养目标。根据工作过程系统化的课程设计原理,通过校企合作的方式对课程进行改革,提供符合酒店要求的及格高职学生。
