摘要 储气库的调峰能力对保证冬季用气和输气管网平稳、高效运行起着关键作用。近年来,在吸收国外储气库成熟建设经验的基础上,我国储气库地面工程建设技术取得了巨大发展。根据我国已建储气库的注采气周期运行特点和规律,初步划分了储气库类型,确定了合理的设计规模;提出了注采井口标准化流程,并给出注采管网优化设置和材质选择建议;初选了采出气高效处理技术;提出了储气库关键设备选型与配置方案;同时,提出了全新的"先关断后放空"理念,可有效降低放空规模。提出的建议对今后我国储气库地面工程建设具有指导作用。 Gas Storage's peak shaving ability plays a critical role in stability and high-efficacy operation of winter gas supply and gas grid. In recent years, on the basis of international mature construction experience of gas storages, we achieved great improvements on surface facility construction of gas storages. According to characteristics and nature of injection-production period of domestic built gas storages, we preliminarily identified types of gas storages and define reasonable design capacity; proposed standardized scheme of injection-production wellhead; provided optimized configuration and material selection recommendation for injection-production pipe network; roughly chose high-efficiency technology of produced gas treatment; proposed equipment selection and configuration. Meanwhile, we proposed brand new idea of 'Block firstly and Vent', which could effectively decrease vent scale. In the future, recommendations can be used as guideline for construction of domestic gas storage.
