采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析水半夏及其炮制品中27种元素的分布情况 被引量:4

摘要 目的测定水半夏及其炮制品中无机元素的含量。方法采用微波法消解样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定水半夏及其炮制品中无机元素含量。结果水半夏及其炮制品中5种重金属(铅、镉、砷、汞、铜)含量均远低于国家药典标准;而铝、钾、钙、铁、钠等元素的量存在较大的差异。结论揭示了水半夏及其炮制品中无机元素的分布特征,辅料的性质对其炮制品元素分布有一定的影响,为水半夏饮片质量控制和安全性评价提供参考依据。 Objective To d ete rmina te inorganic elements in typhonii flagelliform rhizoma and its processed products. Methods The contents of inorganic elements in typhonii flagelliform and its processed products were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with microwave digestion. Results The contents of 5 kin ds of heavy metals ( P b ,C d , A s , H g , C u) in typhonii flagelliform Rhizoma and its processed products were far lower than the Chinese pharmacopoeia standards ; th ere was a significant difference in e le -ments such as Al,K,Ca,Fe,Mg,Na. Conclusion The d istributions of inorganic elements in typhonii flagelliform Rhizoma an d its pro-cessed products was revealed. The properties of excipients have certain influence on the distribution of the elements in the processed products. The research provides a reference for quality control and safety evaluation of typhonii flagelliform rhizoma.
