小切口非超声乳化白内障手术与超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Cataract Small Incision Non Phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery and Phacoemul Sification Cataract Surgery

目的:分析讨论小切口非超声乳化白内障手术与超声乳化白内障手术应用在硬核白内障患者中的临床效果。方法:本组选择笔者所在医院2013年6月~2016年6月收治的硬核白内障患者387例,分为对照组(n=263)及治疗组(n=112),其中对照组采用超声乳化白内障手术治疗,治疗组小切口非超声乳化白内障手术。结果:比较两组并发症发生率情况,治疗组为7.14%,对照组为12.93%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种手术方式都是安全有效的,但是对于硬核性白内障非超乳小切口手术后角膜反应轻,有利于角膜快速恢复。

Objective： To analyze and discuss the small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery and phacoemulsification cataract surgery in the clinical effect in patients with cataract. Metliods： 387 cases of cataract patients in this group in June 2013 to June 2016 in the author＇s hospital were treated as the research object, adopt random double blind method divided into control group （n = 263 ） and treatment group （n = 112） ,the control group was treated with phacoemulsification cataract surgery,the treatment group of small incision nonphacoemulsification cataract surgery treatment. Results： The incidence of complications in the control gcomplications in the group treatment was higher significantly control than that in the group, and the differenc（P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion ： Two surgical methods are safe and effective for cataract surgery, but non pcorneal response to light, is conducive to the rapid recovery of the cornea.
