调强适形放射治疗(IMRT)对鼻咽癌患者泪液分泌及视网膜黄斑厚度的影响

Effect of Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy on Tear Secretion and Macular Thickness in Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的:探讨调强适形放疗(IMRT)对鼻咽癌患者泪液分泌、视网膜黄斑厚度的影响作用。方法:选取本院肿瘤防治中心2009年至2012年收治的84例鼻咽癌患者进行分析,所有患者均在本院接受IMRT治疗,观察IMRT对鼻咽癌患者的泪液分泌及视网膜黄斑厚度的影响。结果:根据鼻咽癌患者的临床分期进行分层分析,结果显示在治疗前、治疗结束、治疗后3个月Ⅰ+Ⅱ期与Ⅲ+Ⅳ期鼻咽癌患者的泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液中乳铁蛋白含量、泪液分泌量、视网膜黄斑厚度测定值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:IMRT对鼻咽癌患者泪液分泌、视网膜黄斑厚度均有不同程度的影响,并且与鼻咽癌患者的临床分期无关。

Objective： To investigate the intensity-modulated radiotherapy （IMRT） effect on tear secretion and macular thickness in pa-tients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Metliods： Selected hospital cancer center from 2009 to 2012 were treated 84 patients with nasopha-ryngeal carcinoma were analyzed, all patients receiving IMRT treatment in hospital, observed IMRT impact on tear secretion and retinal macular thickness in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Results ： Stratified according to the clinical staging of NPC patients, it showed before treatment , end of treatment , after 3 months of treatment Ⅰ ＋ Ⅱ stage and Ⅲ ＋Ⅳ stage NPC patients BUT , tear lactofsecretion,macular thickness measured values were not significantly different （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： IiMRT for pageal carcinoma tear secretion,have varying degrees of influence macular thickness, and is independent of the clinical staging of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
