糖尿病患者血糖及并发症控制效果相关影响因素分析

Analysis of Related Factors of Glycemic Control and Complications in Patients with Diabetes

目的:探讨分析糖尿病患者血糖及并发症控制效果的相关影响因素。方法:抽选120例糖尿病患者,调查其一般资料,实施问卷讽查与体格检查,参照美国糖尿病血糖控制目标(糖化血红蛋白<7%)把研究对象分为达标组和未达标组,分析血糖及并发症控制效果相关影响因素。结果:经统计,糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白平均值7.45%,经多因素分析,肥胖或者超重、病史长、腰臀比异常和血糖、并发症控制效果差存在相关性。结论:糖尿病患者血糖及并发症控制效果受多方面因素影响。

Objective： To investigate the related factors of glycemic control and complications in diabetic patients. Methods： Selected120 cases of diabetic patients, the general survey data, questionnaire survey and physical examination,glucose control （ HbA1c 〈7% ） the study subjects were divided into control group and did not meet the group, analysis of blood glucose andcontrol of complications related factors. Results ： According to statistics, the average value of glycosylated hemoglobin in diabetic patients was7. 45% , through multivariate analysis , obesity or overweight , long history of disease , abnormal waist to hip ratio and other factors and bloodglucose, complications control effect is poor. Conclusion ： The control effect of blood glucose and complications in diabetic patients is affectedby many factors.
