摘要
目的:视觉治疗训练对斜弱视患儿视力功能的临床效果评价。方法:收入斜弱视患儿182例,将其分为治疗组和对照组,针对治疗组患儿采用视觉训练的方法治疗和护理,对照组采用常规治疗和护理,对两组斜弱视患儿在治疗和护理10个月前后进行视力功能的比较。结果:治疗和护理10个月后治疗组的斜弱视患儿的视力恢复情况较对照组效果好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:视觉治疗训练可以有效改善和提高斜弱视患儿视力功能。
Objective: To evaluate the result of functional visionwith strabismus and amblyopia onvisiontraining. Methods: Totally 182 patients were into treatment divided group (91 cases) and group control (91 cases). Treand nursing interference by Vision Training and control group by traditional Vision Training. Before and after 10 months, compare tofunction vision of two groups with strabismus and amblyopia on vision training. Results : Visual acuity recovery of treatment group with strabismus and amblyopia on vision training was better than control group, after 10 months. There was 80. 22% of the visual acuity recovery of rate with treatment group with strabismus and amblyopia on vision training, and the other was 52. 75% , the differences of visual acuity recovery of rate of two groups were statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Vision training can improve and promote the visual acuity recovery.
